Lunar Lanterns
This free event celebrates the Chinese Lunar New Year, with 13 lanterns representing the animals of the Lunar Zodiac located around Circular Quay. Take an evening stroll after dusk to enjoy the full effect of the lanterns on display. Don’t miss ‘The Hero Pig’ which is a new addition for the Year of the Pig in 2019.

Twilight at Tooronga 
The Tooronga Zoo turns into the perfect live music venue all throughout February, featuring classic acts like The Whitlams, Hoodoo Gurus, The Waifs and more. This is the perfect way to enjoy Sydney on a balming summer’s evening, with a view over Sydney Harbour taking in the magnificence of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Bookings are essential, so plan ahead!

A festival of short-films, Tropfest returns to Parramatta with an exciting run-sheet of finalists from comedies to drama and everything in between. An iconic Australian film festival, each short-film is made specifically for the festival which is policed via a specific item that the film-maker must include a signature item in the film. This year the item is a candle, in previous years it has been items like a rose or a pineapple!

Tomato Festival
Celebrating all things tomato, you’ll find artisan producers with tomato-based products and Bloody Mary’s along with free tours of The Royal Botanic Garden.
